1. Order Processing Times

Because some of our apparel and accessories are manufactured or printed in-house, please allow up to 2 weeks and 4 days for production before shipping.

  • Standard processing time: 5–14 business days (depending on product type and order volume).

  • Peak seasons or holidays: Processing may take longer; you’ll be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

After your order has been produced and packaged, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days within the United States

  • 7–14 business days for international orders

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Chosen shipping method

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions within the U.S.; details will be displayed on our website when active.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing checkout.
God’s Disciples Clothing LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at godsdisciplesclothing@outlook.com — we’ll do our best to correct it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact the carrier directly.

  • We’ll gladly assist you with filing a claim and provide any required documentation.

7. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and customs processing times.
